Oliver Tutt is a seasoned financial professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. His career began in 1989 at Rhode Island Hospital Trust, and he has since held a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President at a major Massachusetts-based insurance company. In 2002, he founded Randall Financial Group, LLC, fulfilling a lifelong dream to offer personalized financial planning and investment management to individuals across southern New England.

Today, Oliver serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth Management and Financial Planning at NCU Investment Solutions. In this role, he leads the development and delivery of comprehensive financial strategies, working closely with his team of advisors to enhance member access to NCU Investment Solutions’ expanded programs and services. His focus remains on providing thoughtful, needs-based guidance that puts clients’ interests first.

Oliver holds a degree in finance from the University of Rhode Island (1991) and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 1996 from the Denver College of Financial Planning. He has also taught investment courses at Bryant University, helping to shape the next generation of financial planners.

Throughout his career, Oliver has been a passionate advocate for financial literacy. He hosted The Money Pro$ television show on Fox Providence, wrote a financial column for East Bay Newspapers, and has been featured in national publications such as SmartMoney and U.S. News & World Report. He also hosted a weekly personal finance radio show and has led hundreds of workshops and presentations on investment and financial planning.

Oliver is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (both RI and national chapters) and The Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island. He also serves on the board of the Barrington Yacht Club as Immediate Past Commodore, is Treasurer for Leadership Rhode Island, and sits on the Board of Governors for The Miriam Hospital Foundation.

He lives in Barrington, RI with his wife and is the proud father of four adult children. In his free time, Oliver enjoys sailing, beach outings with his family, and cruising the waters of Southern New England.

Russell Botvin is a Financial Planning & Investments Manager with more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining NCU Investment Solutions, Russell spent over 10 years at Merrill Lynch, where he progressed through a variety of service and sales positions before ultimately serving as a VP Senior Investment Consultant for a platform risk and trading team. In that role, he specialized in supervising and executing trading across equities, fixed income, mutual funds, margin, and options, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and firm policies. During his tenure at Merrill, Russell previously earned several FINRA licenses, including Series 7, 63, 66, 9, and 10.

Russell holds a degree in Business Management from Roger Williams University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working in the yard, visiting Florida with family, watching sports, and golfing.

Alexander Cabral helps individuals and families navigate their financial futures through disciplined investing and comprehensive wealth planning. Born and raised in East Providence, Alexander earned his degree from Rhode Island College and takes a deeply personalized approach to every client relationship—crafting tailored strategies aligned with their specific goals, timeline, and risk tolerance.

Maria Doukas has been a dedicated member of the Navigant Credit Union team since 2008, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial services and member support. In 2013, she transitioned into the role of Financial Coordinator for NCU Wealth Management, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and enhancing client engagement.

In early 2022, Maria advanced to the position of Registered Representative, further expanding her expertise in investment services and deepening her commitment to helping members achieve their financial goals. Her bilingual fluency in Portuguese has been instrumental in effectively supporting and engaging with a diverse member base.

Reid Hansen has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked with high net worth clients, bank customers, insurance policyholders, corporations, and not-for-profits. Prior to joining our team, Reid worked for Citizen Investment Services, TIAA-CREF, Merrill Lynch and Metlife.

Reid actively participates in financial seminars, and is committed to guiding prospects through the financial planning process and following up to ensure his clients are satisfied.

Reid is a father to three children. He lives in Barrington with his wife and two daughters.

Sarah Rivard has worked for Navigant Credit Union since 2017, fulfilling a variety of different positions within the branches, and since 2021 as the NCU Wealth Management Financial Services Coordinator. Sarah was promoted to NCU Investment Solutions Operations Manager in 2025.
